Changes have been underway in the Revenue offices since November. Now all Revenue staff members, who were formerly separated as “tag” or “land” staff members, can help with both land and tag transactions, questions, and collections.
Additionally, there’s a new look to the office, as customers enter the office at its northernmost door and exit via its southernmost door. A guest queuing rope and call-out system, as well as a dilineated space in the floor help customers to meet the next available staff member easily. Take a look!
