We need the website any idea how long

Good morning, Ms. Cosper — the Cullman County I/T staff are working with the firewall service provider, as well as AT&T to determine where the site failure is originating. If the three teams are unable to permanently resolve the issue by noon, our data provider will temporarily move the data to another server in their company’s control. We’re hoping not to utilize an outside resource, but we want information available to the public as quickly as possible. We’ll continue to post status updates on the Revenue Commission Facebook page and on the home page of our website at Thank you for your patience!

How do I find out if there are any liens on property?

    1. Darla West

Hello, Mr. Payne — the best way to learn about liens on a property is to contact the Probate Judge’s office. The Revenue Commission simply deals with ad valorem property taxes (on real and personal property and motor vehicles), so we don’t have any visibility to any additional lien information. I’m sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance, but do let us know if you have any additional questions regarding property taxes.

      Best regards,
      Darla West
