The annual tax lien auction for unpaid 2022 ad valorem property tax is Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the county commission meeting room of the Cullman County Courthouse. All bidders must pre-register to participate.
To register for the 2023 tax lien auction, bidders must submit an e-mail to revenue@co.cullman.al.us with their complete names, mailing addresses, telephone numbers (more than one, if available), and email addresses. The Cullman County Revenue Commissioner will contact all prospective bidders prior to the auction if any additional information is required.
The list of delinquent properties will remain on this site through the morning of the auction. All properties for which there have been prior auctions in 2020, 2021, or 2022 auction (tax years 2019-2021) will offered to the prior purchasers before the auction; if a prior purchaser exercises his or her right of refusal, the respective parcels will be removed from the final list of tax sale liens to be auctioned.
